The CRAFT BREWERY " Piccolo Opificio Brassicolo del Carrobiolo FERMENTUM" (Small Brewing Factory of Carrobiolo FERMENTUM) was established in 2008, within the area of the Carrobiolo Convent in Monza. This is the first microbrewery in town, after the historical Birra Monza founded at the beginning of XX century, and it produces only non-microfiltered and non-pasteurized craft beers.
In 2014 the brewery moved to a larger location, in Piazza Indipendenza, where there is enough room for bigger brewing equipment, and the adjacent Brewpub with kitchen. Now the historical Piazza del Carrobiolo is the location of our beer shop.
