In 2011, Joan Saperas combines his work as a company in his spare time experimenting with brewing. After a trip to Scotland, created the company in his garage Brewery SL Catalan and works long nights during the process of creation of beer, researching and expanding your knowledge learned directly from master brewers in northern Europe.
In early 2014 joined his friend and brewer Manel Aguilar, which share the same passion for the project. That's when they decide to leave everything and immerse himself in this exciting and dangerous way, full of motivation, enthusiasm and love for beer. The result of this process is the extensive and unique range of Catalan Brewery beers you today.
