Cathedral Square Brewery was founded by Gurpreet Padda and Ami Grimes working with Master Brewer Brian Neville. The concept was simple, to brew the best beers possible and bring a fresh new approach to the St. Louis local brewery scene. To this end, we took the traditional Trappist methods and yeasts for which Belgian monks beers are renowned globally, and married the age old recipes with our own uniquely American approach to brewing, embracing the cutting edge of craft brewing. The results are our uniquely delicious sacred brews: rich, complex Ales, powerful Imperial Stouts, Hoppy IPAs, refreshing White Ale, and more... we think you'll agree, it's a transcendent experience.
