Craft beer, just across the border. In 2002 he opened one of the first microbreweries in Mexico; Brewery Baja California. After three years of planning a 'brewpub "he was opened in the city of Mexicali; a bar where the house beer was made. The concept was simple, pleasant, fresh and first beer.
As good lovers of good beer was that there was a need to offer gourmet microbrew and a market largely dominated by the macro commercial beers for decades. The name Cucapá take this serious beer.
