Ingenious Brewing Company is a Houston-area brewery that opened in March 2018. We will be operating under a brewpub license which, unlike a production brewery license, allows our patrons the freedom to enjoy our beers onsite or take them to-go in reusable glass bottles known as growlers or crowlers.

The brewery, to be located at 1986 S. Houston Ave in Humble, TX 77396. In addition to having plenty of room to brew our creations we will also have a generous space dedicated to serving and enjoying our beers. An outdoor seating area is also available.
Our story:
Ingenious Brewing is the brainchild of Mike and Justin. Mike is a multi-award winning home brewer turned professional brewer who has been honing his brewing technique for over 10 years in his home state of Pennsylvania. Justin, originally from Houston, began brewing with Mike 7 years ago while on station in Pennsylvania for work. Both holding degrees in science, they enjoyed tinkering with recipes by applying knowledge of the chemical properties found in the ingredients of beer. Over time this process led to exceptional and inventive beer. "Ingenious" perfectly symbolizes our philosophy that brewing beer is equal parts science and creativity.
