We're on a mission to brew the ideal beer for the Buffalo community, so we're letting you create it from start to finish. Here's what we mean: we've been traveling the region, collecting votes at bars, beer festivals, and other events to find out exactly what you think Buffalo's beer should taste like. After an entire year of voting, nearly 10,000 votes submitted, an a final taste testing event, our flagship beer has been chosen!
Buffalo, get ready for your very own Byson Brown Dunkel - a dark session lager. Combining the drinkability of a lager, with just a little more backbone and flavor, this is Buffalo's kind of beer. Look out for our full-scale release in summer 2018 at select bars and beer retailers across WNY.
