We take our brewing seriously. From our automated brewery designed with Braukon to our selection of Terry Hawbaker as our head brewer, we are willing to do what is necessary to provide quality, consistent, innovative and delicious craft beer.

After several expansions, we now have tank capacity for over 300 barrels of beer at any given time, aside from our barrel program. This leaves us plenty of capacity to experiment, collaborate and continue to brew our flagship beers almost fast enough to meet demand.

Our barrel program is something we're invested in. We use quality charred oak, spent wine and spent liquor barrels to create complex, sometimes wild creations for our limited bottle releases and occasionally in-house drafts. With over a hundred barrels currently and a recently expanded facility to allow additional barrel storage, we are committed to bringing more of our exceptional sours and barrel-aged beers to market than ever before.
