Rooster Brewing is housed in a historic commercial building in downtown Paris, Kentucky. With our 4,000 sq ft brewery just 2 blocks away, cellar space to hold more than 3000 gallons, and access to freshly emptied bourbon barrels. You'll find a variety of barrel aged brews and french and belgian influenced farmhouse ales on rotation. Our taproom features 8 taps of our own, as well as guest brews, and a diverse selection of bottled and canned craft brew!
