Strong Rope Brewery, founded by Jason Sahler, will sell handcrafted local and organic ales. The ales will range from reinterpretations of classic American and British styles to seasonal varieties that utilize the best that local farms have to offer.
Building on the local movement, Strong Rope will feature regional ingredients and focus on distribution within New York City. In addition, the brewery will serve as a learning center, aiming to educate consumers on the qualities of true craft beer, with frequent classes and events.
