The adventure of the Coraggiosi began in 2016 with the desire to create something new in the Lodi area: thus they begin a study course at the CERB (Center of Excellence for Research on Beer) of the University of Perugia, which culminates in October. with the opening of The Brave Craft Brewery. At the same time, the staff takes over a historic brewery in Soltarico, the “One Way”, transforming it into an Independent Pub.
