Birra Toccalmatto started its productions in Fidenza in October 2008 with a 550 liters plant crush. It is the culmination of the personal dream of the founder Bruno Carilli, that after various managerial experience in the food industry and especially in the brewing industry, has developed the idea to start producing beer. The passion for beers thrives on Belgian and British tradition of a project with three other friends, and the beginning of this new adventure.
