Our first beer aged in wine barrels! Vers l'avant made its debut at our Five Year Anniversary party in 2015 -- appropriate, because the name means "forward" in French! Another brainchild of Brewmaster Oliver Roberts, this beer certainly represents the next phase of evolution at Wolverine State Brewing Co. A crisp, simple Pilsner Malt base provides the perfect canvas for sweet, fragrant Bartlett pear juice and tart white wine notes to make their marks. Each sip is elegant, complex, and balanced. This beer is only available during a select few weeks a year, so don't miss it!
